Registration for the FortiPay service takes place in three steps:

Filling in the registration form (person / company) incl. required annexes.
Sending a verification payment from a bank account held in the name of the client (person / company).
Sending a scan of the signed General Agreement, which we send at the e-mail specified in the registration. The General Contract can also be sent by regular mail.

After logging in, you will be taken to the page Accounts. Here, select the account (currency) you want to work with.

On the Accounts page, select the “Add” button and you will move on the page for generating a payment order for a bank transfer to your FortiPay account.
The payer’s account shows your bank account from which you sent the verification payment. If you have more than one of your accounts stored in the templates, you can choose another. Choosing an account is important for tracking your payment.
The recipient’s account is in the same currency. It means, that you fund your account with the same currency that you send. If you would change the currency of recipient’s account, you will with one command execute also the exchange.
Enter the amount of currency to be added and go to the summary of the entered data via the CONTINUE button.
Check and confirm the entered data.
Hand over the generated payment order to your bank.
Click on QR payment to use the QR payment.

On the Accounts page, select the “Exchange” button below the amount or in the lower navigation bar.
Select transaction type and enter the amount of currency you have or want.
- Prompt exchange – performed immediately after confirmation with the EXCHANGE button.
- Conditional exchange – will be performed only on condition that the specified exchange rate is reached within the specified period.
The exchange rate depends
- on the quantity exchanged, which we will reward with a Quantity Discount
- on your business activity, which we will reward with a Loyalty Bonus.
In the Messages section, you will find our confirmation of the exchange.

On the Accounts page, click the “Pay me” button to go to the page where you will generate a payment order to transfer to your FortiPay account.
There is a question mark by the payer’s account – the payer’s account is unknown.
In the recipient’s account, select the currency and amount you request.
A note is your internal information. The message for the recipient is a description for you, which you will find in your statement. Both fields are optional.
Use the CONTINUE button to go to the summary of the entered data.
Check and confirm the entered data.
Pass the generated order to your partner you want to request payment for.

In the lower navigation bar, select the Payments button.
Select the Currency to send.
Select the FortiPay payment type.
You can make a payment only if your account has the necessary balance.
Select a recipient from the list of templates. If the recipient’s account is not on the list, it must first be saved in the template.
You have FortiPay accounts and bank accounts in the templates.
- Payments to FortiPay accounts are settled online
- Payments to bank accounts are settled according to banking standards.
If the currency of the sending account does not match the currency of the recipient’s account, FortiPay will offer you an exchange at the current exchange rate.
This way you can make an exchange and payment with one order.
Select Continue to go to Payment Summary.
Check and leave with the Confirm button.
In the Messages section, you will find our confirmation of receipt of your payment order.

In the lower navigation bar, select the Payments button.
Select the Currency to send.
Select the Bank type of payment.
You’ll choose a Bank type of payment if
- you do not have the required balance on your FortiPay account
- or you want to have a zero balance on your FortiPay account after the transaction.
Select a recipient from the list of templates. If the recipient’s account is not on the list, it must first be saved in the template.
You have FortiPay accounts and bank accounts in the templates.
- Payments to FortiPay accounts are settled online
- Payments to bank accounts are settled according to banking standards.
If the currency of the sending account does not match the currency of the recipient’s account, FortiPay will offer you an exchange at the current exchange rate.
This way you can make an exchange and payment with one order.
Select Continue to go to Payment Summary. Check and send with the Confirm button.
Pass the generated order to your bank.
- Payments to FortiPay accounts will be posted as soon as your FortiPay account has the required balance.
- Payments to bank accounts will be sent as soon your FortiPay account has the required balance.
In the Messages section, you will find our confirmation of receipt of your payment order.

Enter the recipient’s account in the template first.
Then enter the correct template in the payment order.
In the lower navigation bar, select the Payments button.
In the “Payment to” line, select the Plus button on the right.
Select the type of template you want to create.
- FortiPay account – name the template and assign it the FortiPay account number of your partner / recipient of your payments.
- Bank account Domestic payment – name the template and assign it a bank account number for domestic payment. You can choose the IBAN notation format or the local form.
- Bank account Foreign payment – name the template and assign it a bank account number for the foreign payment. All data are required.
Save the template.
To correct or delete an enrolled template, drag your finger from right to left on the Payments page.

The page “Accounts“
Click on the balance amount or FortiPay icon next to the currency of the selected account.
Enter the period.
Choose the right format
We automatically send monthly account statements in the currency in which there was any movement to a registered e-mail. It can be found also in Menu / Messages.

Find a payment and click on it.
Via the cloud on the top right you will get a menu of documents generated for your order.
Choose the right one and share it according to your needs.
You will also find all confirmations in Menu / Messages.

The page “Exchange“
The icon of the broken arrow to the right of the exchange rate takes you to the chart of the selected currency pair.
The chart shows the offered rate without applying discounts.
In the bottom bar you can select the monitored period. The chart shows the last 150 values.

If the page does not have a question mark – search for our e-mail via Menu / Contact and write a question.

From anywhere you can go to the clear Menu and find the desired function.
